• Driving Test Ready does not guarantee that a user will pass a driving test

You understand that AI-generated results may not always identify all driving faults, hazards, or circumstances accurately and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional driving instruction or safe driving judgement

20. Third-Party Content and Privacy

Recorded footage may unintentionally capture other individuals, vehicles, vehicle registration numbers, voices, buildings, addresses, or other identifiable information

By recording or uploading footage, you confirm that:

• You have the legal right to record and share the content you upload
• You will respect the privacy rights of other individuals
• You will not use the platform to harass, embarrass, defame, threaten, or harm any person
• You understand that publicly sharing footage may expose personal information relating to yourself or others

Where available, users are encouraged to use privacy tools such as face blurring, number plate blurring, and audio muting before sharing footage externally

Driving Test Ready reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content that it reasonably believes may violate privacy rights, applicable laws, or these Terms

21. Sharing Content Externally

Users may choose to share reports, clips, or analysis externally, including with driving instructors, parents or guardians, or via third-party platforms such as social media services

By sharing content externally, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Driving Test Ready cannot control how third parties use, store, copy, or redistribute shared content
• Content shared publicly may remain accessible even after deletion from third-party platforms
• You are solely responsible for any content you choose to share externally
• You will not share footage containing individuals who would reasonably expect privacy without appropriate permission

Driving Test Ready accepts no responsibility for the actions of third-party platforms or individuals once content has been shared outside the app

22. Sharing with Driving Instructors

Where users choose to share reports or footage with a driving instructor:

• Shared content is provided for educational and feedback purposes only
• Driving instructors are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Driving Test Ready unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Driving Test Ready is not responsible for any advice, comments, or actions provided by instructors following review of shared footage
• Users are responsible for ensuring they have permission before recording or sharing footage containing an instructor's image or voice where required by law

23. Users Under 18

If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that a parent, guardian, or responsible adult has reviewed these Terms with you where required by applicable law

Users under 18 should avoid publicly sharing content that contains:

• Home addresses
• School locations
• Identifiable routines or journeys
• Personal contact information

Driving Test Ready may apply additional privacy or sharing restrictions to accounts belonging to younger users in order to support safeguarding and responsible use

24. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Driving Test Ready shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated analysis or recommendations
• Any content shared by users through or outside the platform
• Any misuse, redistribution, or republication of shared footage by third parties
• Any driving decisions made by users based on app feedback
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or reputational loss arising from use of the app

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law
