Safety Requirement

You must confirm before recording:

• The vehicle is safely stationary with keys removed from the ignition
• Recording setup complies with UK law

We are not responsible for misuse of recording devices

By uploading footage, you confirm that:

• You have the right to upload and share the footage
• Any individuals recorded have given appropriate consent
• Where the learner is under 18, parent/guardian consent has been obtained

You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely for providing the Service

Our AI system:

• Uses automated analysis of video and behaviour patterns
• Is based on statistical modelling and training data
• May not capture all real-world driving conditions

Therefore:

• Results may be incomplete or inaccurate
• Predictions may differ from actual test outcomes

You agree not to rely solely on the Service for test decisions
